Lately you have developed your own special kind of happy dance. You shrug your shoulders up and down, really fast, in a row. It CRACKS. ME. UP. Every time. If you get a "Pity" dress on, happy dance shrugs - if you get a fistful of crackers you like, happy dance shrugs. If you are told we are going outside, or on an outing, or anything else you particularly love - happy dance shrugs.
In fact, you kinda wander around doing your happy dance at all kinds of random times - sometimes its simply part of some story you are telling yourself. You are my happy girl, who toddles around all over the house, fully involved in some wondrous world all your own. Today you stood on the couch and cried "Momma, momma - sharks! Eat me!" pointing energetically to the floor. All I could do was grin at this rich world of imagination you create for yourself every day. Your life will be so much the greater for it - I know mine is! (I wish I had put down the laundry basket and played sharks with you for a minute, next time I will try to remember how fleeting these moments of your childhood are!)
